There are several variables that determine pricing so there isn’t a set price list. The location(s), time frame and services needed are the key factors in price so please contact me with those necessary details so I can provide an accurate price quote and further information of my services.
I handle all aspects of lights, sound, emceeing and working with my clients, the venue and other vendors to ensure a smooth and flowing event.
I provide an Event Planner to my clients to fill out which personalizes their event. An example, for a wedding reception, clients can choose their special songs (Intro, First Dance, Father/Daughter, etc.) along with other suggestions. Guests are welcome to request songs as well.
I have an infinite music library at my disposal with an expansive selection already established and the ability to download anything in real time. Each event is tailored to the guests and reading a room as well.
I am based in the Grand Rapids area and can travel throughout West Michigan. I have even done events in Chicago and Detroit, which is why pricing can vary depending on the location, time frame and services needed.
I generally arrive 2 hours prior to the event to ensure everything is setup and ready to go as guests arrive. If I am setting up 2 sets of equipment (ie: ceremony & reception) I arrive around 3 hours prior to the event. Setup and tear down are not included in the time frame pricing.
State of the art digital mixing board and laptop, wireless mics, 2 professional sound speakers on covered tri-pods, a powerful amp that fits under my table, and a LED light rack that can fill any venue with a mix of pulsating and laser lights. All of this is a clean look with covered tri-pods and a black table cloth to the floor that ensures the cords are hidden.
